Easter 2024 Yoga Sadhana // Eight-Daily Updates

For years, Easter has been a time for my extended sadhana practice. Alongside my regular asana routine, I incorporate Nadi Shodhana pranayama. Each day throughout the Easter week, I commit up to a four-hour practice, aiming to complete 24 hours of pranayama for the week.

In this series of posts, I’ll offer you insights into my meditation routine. Over the next seven days, I’ll share aspects of it that I believe can be both safe and beneficial for you to do as well.
