Before starting any classes, I encourage you to think about letting go and remembering that our physical abilities are temporary. The body helps us discover our true selves, but it’s not the ultimate goal. I hope you grow spiritually and use this knowledge for the greater good.
This 16-week program consists of two stages. The initial eight weeks focus on teaching fundamental postures and breathing techniques.
In the following stage, we delve into building muscular strength and active flexibility, crucial elements for enhancing the bandhas. Additionally, there are supplementary workshops on surya namaskar, bakasana, and forward bends designed to heighten your awareness and ensure safety during practice.
